If your Recurring Subscription is still active, simply og into your Subscription Dashboard and you should see a link on the right to 'Update Credit Card Data'.

Here you can enter your new credit card information and click 'Save' at the bottom of the form.

If your Recurring Subscription has expired, you can enter new credit card information when re-subscribing.
